Hoving is an add-on for when you call someone an idiot.

You could say it nameless... like: You're such a hoving, but its more fun to call someone, for example someone called Arjan: You're such an Arjan hoving.

When someone pays too much attention to another person with the goal being to get boned. Somewhere between hovering over and stalking.
