Gnerelly doing anything that your not supposed to do. Another form is doing the task at hand completely backwards to the point where it seems the task was never finished but was finished, just backwards so some one else has to redo the task forards to justify sanity.
The child drowned in the lake because the lifeguard was hrpceking with the female lifeguard. So the child drowns and hrpceking results in sexual frustration (this time for the backwards communication).
