Acronym: Hack Up A Lung.
A highly annoying so-worker, that believes his word and job is more important than anything else. Has been known to talk for hours(in a very loud voice) and make up words such classroomish. Talks loud enough so everyone can see how inoportant he is.
Also has been known to have highlighted spiked hair, that he thinks is cool, but everyone maked fun of him behind his back.
I talked to that jackass HUAL yesterday.
