What is Hudgie?

Hudgie: Scottish version of skitchin' but without the skates
you hold on the back of yer mates bike or sit on the barrier platform on the outside at the back of a train while it zooms along the track or stand on the back ledge of the icecream van, fruit van, bus etc. as it moves up the road.
