What is Human Stew?

When a group of people all sit in a hot tub or jacuzzi together, "stewing" in each other's filth.
No way am I getting into the Human Stew! Do you know how many germs are in that water? I don't want to get a rash or athlete's foot.
2.
When a hot tub is filled with more than the maximum amount of occupants, primarily nude or naked engaging in sexual activities.
Last night we piled 10 people in the outdoor 4 person hot tub and proceeded to create a massive human stew.
