Someone who intentionally confuses people about their gender over the internet. In real life a typical hupples is a young, fat, gay, male who desperately wants to be a woman, but can't afford the surgery. Fooling people over internet and whoring attention is one of the few ways a hupples can feel better about the fact it will never have a vagina.
Bill: I have this friend who pretends be a girl on the internet. He's fat with acne.
John: He sounds like a typical hupples.
