Hurly is a girl who is no where near fat but not thin. They are still hot. SO like in between. If you aren't hurly doesn't mean that you're not hot, just that you're not hurly.
Bill: Hey Bob!

Bob: Like America Ferrera, but hotter.
Bill: Nice! And can be a little thinner or a little bigger, ay?
