Used when describing a Bermudian alcoholic beverage called "Dark n' Stormy". The phrase is usually used when speaking to the bar-tender, asking for a more strongor potentdrink. Hurricane Force drinks tend to have around 3 shots of rum in them, opposed to the usual one
