What is Hurry Wart?

Like a worry wart a hurry wart becomes very anxious and stressed out when a deadline or appointment time approaches and they are dependent on other people to make it on time. Consequently they rush and nag the other person/people.
We almost didn't make it to the movie on time, good thing I'm a hurry wart and rushed David out the door.
Damn, my roommate is such a hurry wart, I had to drive her to the concert and she was freaking out about missing the opening band so I had to do my hair in the car!
