The act of one gentlemen performing a backwards manwich chili dog (penis aimed toward the bellybutton, balls dangling over the obese man's mouth). When he is ready to release his hot gooey butter he will aim toward the belly button shooting a a fresh, hot mixture of poop-spooj into it. Then with his arthritic stricken fingers he will do his best to scoop out the mix of poop-spooj and apply it to the tops of their favorite frozen treat. While the two men eat it is essential for one of them to complain about their schedule at work.
I would go to dairy queen with you but I just had a couple of hurtgenations the other day.
