Small ramshackle shop selling a variety of goods chaotically organised. Terminology particular to Northern Ireland.

"It was a wee huxter of a shop, but they were able to sell us two tea bags and a lollipop for the chile" (Chile is vernacular for child and a lollipop is an iced lolly)
