HVKA or HloVerKA is Croatian secret society founded in 2006 There's been a little known about their activities, but supposedly their influence is starting to be widespread. There has been a claim that "they are Croatian warez" agency founded in order to monitor occasions linked to the media world. Informations concerning their activities are still blured, but it has been known that they have a rigid hierarchical structure linked to the WHR community.
