What is Hyello?

Russian-accented greeting, meaning "Greetings!" or "Salutations!" Usually used when extremely excited and in extraordinarily public places. Usually followed by a chain of "Hyello's!" in response. Must be used in very loud volumes.
"HYELLO!!!!!!!!!!!!! How are you?" (Please use Russian accent here! Thank you)
