What is Hyitamplater?

"Hyitamplater" can most easily be defined as anal sex between two eldery people. It is a nonsense word that someone who wasn't fluent in English posted on an adult message board. Nobody is exactly sure what the word was intended to be, but the original post was "I loves me some fucking hyitamplater!!" An attached picture revealed an elderly couple having anal sex. The next poster responded with something along the lines of "WTF is hyitamplater?! Dirty old nasty anal sex?" It stuck.
