Actually a name, or rather alias, of a guy who causes unknown amounts of dickery on the internet. Together, with his imaginary girlfriend, they form the entity that is known as "Toothpaste". Don't ask.

That's Hyoo, he made an account, which got taken over by his girlfriend who had a brief stint of fame on some unknown MMO.
