What is Hypocrise?

To critise someone about something, but being a hypocrit because you don't practise what you preach.
Your boyfriend tells you that he hates it that you say one thing & do another, that you can never make you mind up. And then he turns around and does the same thing he hassled you about.
He is being hypocrise!!
