A sort of laugh, but more guffaw-like. Usually used by those who aren't exactly the smartest birds in the coup.
Also can be used as an exclamatory.
"Wow! Look at dat guy try ta fly! He's a real pigeon! Hyuh hyuh hyuh!!"
"Hyuh, I'm gonna go peck at some boidseed."
