What is I Done Sneeze?

The act of saying something, usually offensive or cruel, to a person under the false pretense of sneezing, making a fake sneezing motion and sound to disguise what you are actually saying to them, but in an obvious fashion. An extreme version is to actually say the words "I done sneeze" before actually faking a sneeze and speaking the truth, thus putting the fact that you are doing this directly in their face. This is the more dangerous version of this act, as even complete idiots will know what you are doing.
"That rude fool Joe come up to me on the street askin' me for $50...'I done sneeze, KISS MY ASS!'"
