A derogatory term, which can be used to refer to something or someone that is the furthest possible from cool. Icknieldian(s) can also be used to refer to a person or team as losers.
'That was such an icknield thing to do'! meaning that was such an uncool thing to do
'You are such an icknield'! You are so lame/uncool.
'You guys are such icknieldians' You guys are such losers.
