The act of defecating upon the chest of another person while they lie in a hot bath, who then proceeds to guide the fecal matter through the water as though it were a steam boat on New Zealand's mighty Waikato River. Named after former New Zealand sports television presenter, April Ieremia, whose penchant for such activities was briefly but widely reported.
