Consists of Mike Jarvis (Iglu, producer, emcee), Sam Martin (Hartly, emcee, vocalist), Simon Katz (Guitar),and Dave Bantz (Vocalist).

The group formed at the University of Colorado at Boulder and left on May 15, 2006 to pursure fame in Los Angeles, California.
