"Ignagence" is slang incorporating ignorant but knowledgeable: meaning one has knowledge of a subject but refuses to acknowledge or confirm that knowledge. It's used by people to get out of a task or hide intelligence.
1.Bob has a flat tire but pretends not to know it needs air.

3. When talking about politics bob pretends not to know what a republican is.
4. Ignagence is bitches.
