A clever mix between "Ignorant" and "Arrogant".
Often used to describe jerky high school guys (I.e football jocks or any jock) with too much ego and not enough brains.
student 1: I can't believe Kenny still thinks Obama is Muslim and the anti-Christ!
student 2: Yeah dude, he's totally ignorarrant!
