A game where you yell at the top of your voice "IM WINNING", usually played with more then one person. The winner is the person who shouts the loudest. Often played in public places (library, elevator, movie cinema etc.)

Jamie and Jason were playing I'm winning at the spot, Jason was soon to realize his defeat when Jamie obviously fucked his shit up.
