The technique states :

Both buyer and seller must pull their dicks out and compare sizes, if the dealers is larger than the buyer, the dealer determines the price, and if the buyer has the larger genitalia, he gets to determine the price.

Since Patrick Agbu has the biggest dick in the world, he never loses in the game of improverty.
