A kiss that doesnt quite go all the way but goes just enough that you want more. Maybe some tongue, maybe not. Just depends on how crazy you are.
I had an "in-between kiss" with this guy on New Years Eve. I don't quite know if we really kissed, but it was definatly something "in-between."
