What is Indaba?

Used in South Africa to describe a meeting usually to sort out troublesome issues. It is originally from the Zulu and Xhosa languages but has been adopted by all other language speakers in the country.

Sipho: I think we should go on strike for more pay.

Precious: First we must set up an indaba with the manager.
