A word coined on what is known as Mikemas on IRC by one known as Indefinite. It is her version of "hooligan", since it is her lifelong dream to be a football (soccer) hooligan, with her own unique twist of insane happiness.

That indefigan drowned the opposing team's stadium in sunshine and roses.
