What is Index Eclipse?

When taking a photo, the photographers index finger covers part or all of the lens, inadvertently (or purposefully in some cases) cropping subjects out of the picture.
You're quite ugly and I'd prefer it if you didn't sully this beautiful shot. You may be a candidate for an 'inadvertent' index eclipse.
