The look of horrified surprise caused by being poked from behind by a phallic object, most often the penis of an Indian.
Right as the picture was taken, a smiling Kumar brandished his penis and poked Megan in the back. Although she could barely feel it, she still experienced an Indian Surprise that she will not soon forget!
