What is Ink Racist?

An ignorant person who thinks that people with body art or piercings are sleazy, drug-addicted degenerates. These people have the misconception that getting ink spreads diesease, and that the work is performed by prison inmates. Most of these people just dont have the balls to go and get decorated.
