What is Inky Eye?

Usually when a girl, (or boy) is applying Liquid Eyeliner, and it leaks or spills into your eye, making it turn black for a short period of time. It hurts a little bit, and it usually makes a mess around the eye area.
'Hey, there's a little bit of eyeliner on your cheek'
