What is Inoyring?

When you are sitting in your office and everyone gets and iPhone meeting reminder chirp at the same instant. Often times, the meeting reminders are offset by milliseconds between each iPhone so the entire event may take up to 2-3 seconds and can be shocking/beautiful.
