When something is more than gross, or even disgusting, the word inscusting is the only way to describe it. May also use 'inscust', 'inscustin'. Such as 'You inscust me'.
Man, that fat chick Billy hooked up with last night.. inscusting. Good thing he was too drunk to realize what he was doing.
