What is Instant Sex?

A Photoshop or After Effects technique that produces a soft, warm, filmy feel in photos or footage. Everything appears to have a gentle aura.
Instant Sex is accomplished by duplicating a layer, applying a blur to the upper layer, then applying a transfer mode (usually screen) and reducing the opacity. All mentioned effects can be tweaked for the desired look, but the combination of the three is generally referred to as Instant Sex.
1: This footage is terrible! Oh well, nothing a little Instant Sex can't fix. *click click click* Oh yeah!
2: This is too much work, when is Trapcode going to come out with an Instant Sex filter?
