Overpaid, cheap-assed, brainless and under-educated person empowered with the duty to deny medical treatment or the payment of money to one who is injured as a result of an accident. Related to Satan, and obviously a Bush loving Republican.
That friggin' insurance adjuster won't authorize my surgery despite my doctor saying I need it immediately because of my accident.
