What is Intellectual Punk?

Someone that is anti-establishment, wants to stand out from the crowd, and doesnt give a shit what anyone thinks about them and yet thinks ahead a little before they act, (drink to excess, etc)
"I was a punk in high school but when college rolled around I became an intellectual punk (I wanted a real job)"
