Regarding the 2008 take-down of the cyber-crime haven Intercage, once commonly referred to as the RBNof the USA, the act of a group of dedicated volunteers from around the globe terminating the service of a nasty ISP by continually notifying upstream providers of the crime-enabling policies and procedures of the ISP.

If that ISP doesn't clean up their act soon, they're going to get Intercaged.
