Interfant is the combination of the words "internet" and "infant". The term is loosely used to describe someone who has no idea what the internet is, yet uses it frequently and screws up repeatedly.
The term can also be used to describe the internet users' inability to spell and use basic grammar.
Man 1"yo meng, u iz so stoopid lol."
