Refers to the sound made by a male masturbating in front of the internet upstairs in his friend's bedroom while the party's going on downstairs. This is usually followed by public exposure and embarrassment.
The sound is also emitted by any other male masturbating in front of the internet, however these are far less hilarious.
A: "Hey did you see Johnny?"
