internal conflict is when a two or more people are haveing sex,(involveing one pergnant woman) and the object being forced into the vagina hits the unborn fetus.

Marry: "I think an internal conflict is going down foo!!!"

Marry: "Why is my child so ugly?"
Docter: "Did you have pregnant sex?"
Marry: "Yes many times. why?"
