What is Internegator?

An internet instigator - activity is similar to an internet troll, but generally the activity is carried out in a passive-aggressive manner. Very similar to a shit-stirrer.
Person X enters a discussion where people are discussing a topic and changes the topic to politics, religion or other 'hot' topic instead of discussing the topic without obviously trolling.
We can't discuss the new policy without an internegator making it about politics.
