What is Internet Hobo?

1. Someone who is using thier neighbor's/hotel across the road's wi-fi internet.
My friend just bought a new high power wi-fi card so he can connect to the neighbors wi-fi and is now an offical internet hobo.
2.
An internet user, squatting on another persons connection, possibly due to moving home and not having a connection of there own.
I've just moved house, so at the minute I'm an internet hobo. You can still contact me though as I'm stealing my neighbours WiFi.
