People who can't do anything with their opinions so they go on the internet from the safety of their computer screen to go offend others because they are uptight and anal. These are the most passive aggressivepeople out there. They are mostly made of bigot kids and lesser older people who are pissed or depressed because they are inconfident rejects. They are often pretentious. Internet ranters will find anybody that opposes what music they listen to, what movies they like, their political/religeous/racial view and try to offend them. They are cyberbullies on youtube.

the internet ranter will never be stopped because they're too immature to know how to. they feel a sense of safety from their computer and too passive to say anything to anybody in person.
