A term hearing people, usually younger teenagers, use to describe the process of calling someone through Relay.
This word is used by people who have no business using relay to call out. Relay is a service for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or Speech Disabled; not for kids to make prank, lewd, or harassing calls.
