The period of time that Americans are living in where uncertainty of the administration and the government is contributing to the Americans losing credibility at the international level and the economy gradually slowing down; directly related to the war in Iraq and the fiasco of Katrina.
9-11 restored the American spirit, but Iraqatrina has destroyed it.
