An IRC] network, growing everyday by adding netsplits and flooders. Started April 1, 2001 as an April Fools joke and continues as one to this day. Founder of network left beantown for Inglewood California and handed control of the network to some less than talented Ops.

I was chatting on IRCtoo when a netplit done came and confucked my chances of getting in sweet Red Pepper's panties
