What is Ischizo?

A condition causing one to have a compulsion to skip to the next song before finishing the current one on their iPod, MP3 player, walkman, etc.
Joe- "Dude, I was sharing headphones with Dan, and he was switching songs so fast it gave me a headache!"
Frank- "Man, that guy's got a serious case of iSchizo."
