What is Ishbuah?
Apsaalooke dish made from the stomach of a buffalo or currently, a cow. A delicacy among this tribe commonly referred to as the Crow Tribe of Montana. Also known as tripe.
The cooking ishbuah was still green and made the house smell like poop.
