What is Isolem?

Alternative to the word "problem" with the same meaning.
My friends and I were at the pool one day and I overheard
them saying something, and it sounded as if one of them had a problem, and I don't know how it came out, but it did. I butt in and asked them "What's the isolem?" not knowing what I had just said, they all just busted out laughing, and then I realized what I had just said, it was just pretty bizarre and funny.
Now it's a common word among us, and we actually use it pretty often. It's great how things just happen randomly!
"Oh my god!"
